Over the past few days, we have received feedback from some members using Bigpond email accounts that they are not receiving some of our emails. If NGS Crypto emails are not going through to your inbox, you may need to whitelist our email address.
This step-by-step guide explains how to ensure NGS Crypto’s emails do not go to your spam or junk folders.
If you use Outlook as your email application, don’t worry, we have a guide for you too:
3. To add an entry to ‘Safe senders and domains’, click on the ‘Add’ button and type “ngscrypto.com.au” to mark as safe every incoming email from NGS Crypto. Then press ‘enter’ to save changes:
4. Check your Junk/Spam folder and look for any NGS Crypto email, and then select ‘It’s not junk’.
This should ensure that you receive all NGS Crypto emails and prevent them from landing in your junk or spam boxes.
